Business Process Analyst

You will be part of a great team enjoying a relaxed professional atmosphere where you will be valued and can make a difference. Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews, analyze and document client business processes for the purpose of implementing Document Management and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
  • Analyze and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish presented user requests from true needs.
  • Develop business processes, XML forms and custom features as needed to implement business processes within a Document Management system.
  • Clearly communicate and demonstrate Document Management and BPM solutions to clients.
  • Test, implement and thoroughly document BPM and Document Management solutions.
  • Act as liaison between customer and development staff.
  • Recommend product changes, enhancements and introductions.
  • Present marketplace problems, business modeling and/or competitive moves to trigger new product ideas.
  • Develop and conduct formal training courses on DocFinity Document Management and DocFinity BPM products.
  • Assist with Project Plan and Statement of Work documents.
  • Visit customers and assist in sales calls.
  • Provide technical and application expertise in support of production activities.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction as measured by training evaluation forms and subjective feedback received over time.
  • Convey knowledge and experience as necessary to meet team objectives.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively as necessary to solve unique problems.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in technical field, BS preferred.
  • 2 years experience working in an IT position or Business Analyst position.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Relation Databases and SQL.
  • Must be willing to travel domestically.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer and people relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

General

  • The Business Analyst is a highly visible position within the DocFinity professional services division.
  • This position is located in State College, PA. No relocation will be provided.
  • This job will require moderate travel (2 wk/mo average) to support onsite projects and consultancy.

Flex Software Developer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, modify and implement large scale web-based enterprise software
  • Prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Troubleshoot existing system and work with appropriate resources to resolve issues
  • Maintain software in source code control system, following standard development practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing, developing and maintaining software applications.
  • Graduate of an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
  • A working knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures used in software development.
  • Experience using source code control systems and configuration management concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to employ analytical processes to identify and resolve software and system problems.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Competent knowledge of Object Oriented Design, and an OO language like Java, C++ or C# to build large scale applications.
  • Experience working with Flash, Flex, ActionScript 3, Cairngorm, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, Ant, VSS, SVN, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, NSIS, installer software, Eclipse, XML, and design patterns a plus
  • Compensation commensurate with the type and years of experience.
